What is hillsmeal?

I'm Hill, the founder and cook behind hillsmeal. I'm based in Celina, TX, and I started this business because I needed a way to feed my own family genuinely halal food. It also had to be made with organic ingredients and be safe for my family members who have food sensitivities.

What makes hillsmeal different?

My cooking has roots in Mediterranean traditions, but I also love Texas flavors. I think that fusion makes my meals special. I personally source all the ingredients, develop the recipes, and prepare the food. This isn't some big company. It's just me, and I care a lot about what your family eats because my family eats the same food.

Where does Hill get her inspiration?

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can probably find me at a farmers market, researching a new spice blend, or trying to get my kids to eat their veggies.
